Software licences: no change‑of‑mind refunds/returns once a key/activation/download is issued (ACL rights still apply if there’s a problem).
Delivery times: Not all items are stocked in Melbourne. If procured from our supplier at time of sale, delivery may take up to 4 weeks. Please contact us before purchase to confirm availability.

2) Payments and Deposits Made for Orders
If we have commenced production, or a special order with our supplier, deposits or prepayments are non‑refundable.
We may need to inspect or assess goods to determine the appropriate remedy.
6) Product Condition for Returns and Assessment
Please return items securely packed with all accessories and proof of purchase. We highly recommend keeping the original packaging in case a return is required.
7) Shipping and Packaging Costs
For ACL claims where a problem is confirmed, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return freight or provide a prepaid label.
For requests outside the ACL, return freight and suitable packaging are the customer’s responsibility.
8) Delivery and Shipping Charges
Delivery/shipping charges are not refundable once items have been delivered. We will keep you informed about any delivery issues and our resolution steps.
9) Delivery Times
Orders ship from Melbourne, however not all products are kept in stock at our Melbourne warehouse. Some items are procured from our supplier at the time of sale.
If procurement is required, the delivery time may be up to 4 weeks.
